Looks as though it's time for maybe... a share consolidation?? Something like a consolidation of say.. 100:1 This would clean up and adjust the Nasdaq ADR GENE/GTG share ratio back to 6:1 Nice piece of housekeeping I would have thought..?
Ref: Why would a company do a share consolidation? The main reasons for doing a share consolidation is to tidy up the company's share capital reducing the number of shares on issue... The investor would have the same interest in the company but just a lower number of shares with a higher nominal value.
