    The document talks only about GTG benefiting from QIAGEN, what's in it for QIAGEN?

    The 'STRATEGIC' alliance sounds more like QIAGEN engaging GTG on probation and ascertain that it is the right company to acquire, for its expansion strategy in Australia. Win win for SHs IMO.
