There's a middle ground for the views here. An MOU isn't iron clad, but it is an agreement to work together. No it's not a contract, but it is an intention for $8m in revenue. 

I think we're getting a bit ahead of ourselves if we think this announcement in isolation will create a meteoric run on the SP (would love to be proven wrong on this, and will happily take the rise we've got so far in the meantime). But that doesn't mean we shouldn't be viewing this as positive news and hopefully it is the first of a few more announcements during and in the wake of CIIE. Obviously getting these relationships, MOU's and eventually contracts was the entire point of this exercise in the first place. Rebuilding some of the confidence in JAT will be a nice bonus to boot if they can keep it rolling.
