Both sides would take into account the potential improvement to prodn if/when solids pkge begins.
The issue with nameplate is that it is still well below the requirement of 68tjd.
Orbost must average 68tjd. I dont know how they would calculate that ave.
But given need for contiual cleaning, Orbost would need to be doing well into 70's every up-day to ave 68tjd.
