    Hey Dr D,

    the strategy looks "familar". Looked good when we $20M odd in the bank, a possible large WLA deal with 140m shares and no dilution needed and a path to a banking licence. WLA's are a real estate deal moreover, so you can run your payment system over them and increase touch points, especially in rural communities. Hope they execute for old times sake.
