Dr Davros what makes you say we are swimming with sharks?
This is a business that has been starved for capital hence why It has started kicking goals since we owned 100% again and have given $4m+ in growth capital. From my calcs I think it will need another $5-10m to fully deliver on its contract pipeline but then will be throwing cash. Hence the comments from the company earlier in the year about becoming a dividend payer.
it would crazy in my view for them to remove their easy access to capital markets and delist!
my bigger question is the ASX the right exchange for VOR? Company throwing $14-15m EBITDA would be trading at $125-$150m on a number of other exchanges.
I see VOR soon to be Findi as my gateway to Indian growth! Bought another 1m yesterday and looking for another 2m at these levels.
