I liked the fact that they are applying for a special white label ATM operation and that it isn't dependant on having a banking licence. The financials come across as being too good to be true.

What does concern me tho, is this consolidation from 500M SOI to 25M. I understand the argument of the SP needs to be higher to attract larger investors, but having such a small liquidity (of 25M) presents the same, or even bigger, problem for larger investors ....Smells of being taken private IMV
