Thanks spendit .... Yes, I am familiar with listing rules 3.1 and I am sure it is the companies responsibility to identify price sensitive info ..... Others have also said that it is the ASX that decides on this forum in the past .... I read it that it is a company responsibility ..... Lol ...... You wouldn't think I was a director of a public company would you ...... This just didn't come up at board level though to tell the truth and all announcements were made through our appropriate department
