agree. since then, there has been massive improvements in offgrid and renewables where the additional capex pays back big on reducing opex. since its a re-start, capex isnt an issue and a renewable energy solution could provide a big gain on opex.
sounds like they are going to FEED, which is more progressed than a PFS and even a DFS!!! so project development is closer than you may think.
offtake is the key now as debt/equity parties can securitise the sales contract and fund the project.
