Their current ratio is still > 1. In terms of debt, their FCF is $33m so that ~$150m debt isn't an issue eventhough it grew by over 2.5 times.
Interest coverage ratio is also >10 which is pretty healthy so they won't get killed by the interest on the loans.
How do you see their debt issue?
From my point of view, I don't think their debt is the issue. It is the quality of the business model and their brands.
