These guys are arguably poor at communications.
The news should've been positive.
"Hey guys we've signed two new Master Franchise Agreements! for the UK with a potential market size of $XXX million with XXX million potential customers blah blah - bit of detail about expected revenues etc etc.
And due to a variation to the contract happening in January then legally we can only recognise the revenue in January - we are still going to receive the revenue just delayed by a few weeks and due to accounting rules it goes to H2 and increased our H2 forecast by a similar amount of $XXX (contract value).
There will be no overall impact as a result of this to the full year result. It's just a timing thing.
