Yeah,... VLW's stake is only 50% here,.... missed this too. The Donnybrook thing will be stretched over the next few years, hence, at a NPAT of 35M spread over a few years may not lift the earnings number that much on a yearly basis,.... which makes the financial effects from the Donnybrook land parcel sale not substantial enough.
