Thankyou bamby. That was my point. VLW has an extremely attractive yield. Poor old whatshisname was being silly, so I responded in kind.
VLW is very well run, will see its debt load considerably reduced throughout FY'19 and is selling into the low end of the property market where there are far fewer head winds. Based on a logical analysis there is a chance of good SP growth as well as a fully franked yield plus franking credits of 13.3%
I rest my case.
