Arty91 is correct.
In late Aug'18 Craig Treasure sold 500,000 shares but was issued 262,189 shares presumably in relation to LTI's . at any rate Craige Treasure still holds more than 500,000 shares.
I am looking forward to the upcoming AGM for confirmation of the FY'19 outlook.
