Hi all

There’s some very knowledgeable posters here, I’ve been enjoying reading through the threads - thanks very much.

Just wanted to pick the collective brains re: the negative commentary around management. As a potential holder this looks to be the biggest hurdle for me. Can anyone expand on their key concerns here (outside the obviously poor timing of the recent CR). Have there been other past behaviours where management don’t treat the register like owners?

Looking for an honest critical discussion if possible, the financials all stack up (in the short term anyway, 6-12 months) but the team at the helm is where my doubts lie. I suppose if I keep a short timeframe (say end of 2022) this should present no major issue but curious to see what the collective brainpower here might have to say, if you care to share.
