@jacob2017 The previous Board had failed dismally in its stewardship of LPE. Some expense lines were out of control. How else could one see the past performance? The LPE past performance can be viewed against the financial performance of LPE's competitors including TPC and others.. The past board get an F for FAIL. Shareholders and others interested in the industry had no confidence in the previous stewards.
