I am under the impression that the preliminaries in the arbitration process would take approx one month, to decide if FAR had a legitimate case to be heard. The preliminaries confirm if arbitration is worthy of the cost and time, if so, this then leads upto the main event so to speak, maybe I am wrong I'm no expert.
Just got the feeling that once this was cleared as a case to be answered that would be when the smell in the COP and WPL boardrooms would start to become over powering and something would need to be done about it.
Like a serious out of court settlement.
Still think there is an arrangement in the back ground between COP, WPL and CNE that they all want to be kept under wraps. Remember this PE could establish a precedent for all future asset sales.
