FAR must be the envy of quite a few. I am sure APL would dearly love to be able to do what FAR had done.
Also FAR must have followed up on the CAP saga subsequent to all the HC discussions; as Ian Howarth (in an email) clarified that FAR has no case to answer on the matter (wrong jurisdiction I think he said).
BTW, CNE's Kraken project hit a spot of problem and the Indian TAX issue is intensifying; maybe we can excuse them for losing the plot on the upgrade figures.
