The difference is that PEK have defined their resource to a much better standard and have better business planning around resource extraction, hence derisking the project for investors. They also have better TREO %.

Lindian decided to sprint for production instead of spending years on business and resource analysis to the same level, which I like, but they need to keep sprinting to production. They don't want to get stuck in analysis to try and prove up the resource or they will lose the race to production, which is the key advantage, combined with resource size and production/capital costs.

When we are producing concentrate cheaply the world will take notice, until then we look very risky.
