Difficult to put a positive spin on that, but I guess third world bureaucracies are not known for their ultra smooth running efficiencies..... unlike the latest 'developments' of Regis's NSW gold mine following the wild card decision by the Fed Environ Minister. On the face of it, it would seem like a temporary issue, but will see. I'm sure that the Guinea Govt & relevant stakeholders are keen to see all permitting applications processed ASAP.
