If management are struggling to complete the already finalised transaction with Pak, with what logic do you think that GMC are somehow in an environment with competing bidders for a Project that is yet to start operations?

Common sense would suggest that if this was the case, then Pak would have come through with the funds on the 6th of December as per the finalised agreement. In the absence of this, these "other investors" would have jumped on then.

Also note Pak is a philanthropist - are these "other investors" philanthropists too? Where have they all suddenly come from ?
