Honestly I have not heard one ounce of talk about him backing out. He wants a big slice of this project as do other investors. Some I know are hungry to soak up on market once it starts trading again.
The Indonesian government are offering huge tax concessions for this project and there are utility deals being struck. Various parties want it happening and are eager to assist with any funding.
