Doesn't matter. Because in suspension all the orders got wiped anyway. So when/if this resumes trading, it's all up to the market to decide on the fair value of the stock. With this recent news, my take is that the price won't make it past 4.5c because lots of holders (including me) will definitely try to look for an out, even though the company may receive the $10m upon trading in Jan/Feb.
At the end of the day it's a spec stock, so obviously it bears a ton of risk
