i reckon the way they might think is

if you buy a bike with your friends and everyone has a go
then it slowly breaking you'd fix it. threw the hat round get some cash then go fix the breaks so it can stop .
but if someone who rides the bike to .and if his dad owns the break shop charges top price and wants more to fix the breaks .the hat gets pulled out again more cash
the next day the bike comes out of the break shop and the shoes look like the same old ones with a spray of wd-40 the kids would pull a meeting
i bet the kid with the dad who owns the break shop gets told to piss off

think asx asic . would be looking they still have gm and they let these guys run it .
