If it were up to me, I'd replace him with someone who is aligned with PT JTS and PT JGI.
He destroyed that relationship with what happened with Tranche 2. He got into a ego contest with a rich and powerful businessman, and the rest is history. 20 percent dilution (1 share for 0.005 and 1 option with exercise cost of 0.005) and smelters up and running, doesn't sound so bad now right?
