I have to agree. I was a positive owner of this 6 months ago, but for some reason they seem to make this whole situation drama riddled.
Without the land agreement being signed off anytime soon (and are probably having issues getting it over the line with the lengthy delays we're having) I can't see us trading before EOFY.
The capital raise will be good for short term funding however it's almost like we need a big investor to buy out 30 or 40% to guarantee the project. With the events of the last 6 months however, who'd be interested in doing that?
I don't want to be pessimistic, as I've said I saw this project having major potential and was very excited, but now I'm nearly content that any gains we've made will take 12-24 months to claw back if you've got that amount of patience...
