This announcement doesn’t even make sense (as usual)

“On 15 May 2019, GMG received formal receipt of its DSO Licence from Indonesia’s Ministry of Trade which allows GMG to export up to 103,162 tonnes of high-grade manganese ore per year”

“GMG expects monthly exports to commence at 1,000 tonnes per month and ramp up to 10,000 tonnes per month within six months”

If they were to ramp up to 10,000 tonnes per month, that would be 120,000 tonnes per year – which would exceed the license…

As per usual, something doesn’t sit right here…
