Have you even credited the company for hitting time lines over the past couple of months? I very much doubt it. I have already tried to explain why some of the CIs have fallen away over the past year or so but you chose to ignore it.

In small cap land you have to have faith in the management’s ability to get things done on the ground once finance is available. If not then it is the board’s duty to flick the CEO and get someone else on board who is more capable of getting the job done. Does that sound familiar?
