They are not out $! There is a significant millions of cash at hand and indications about discussion with lenders... no reason why completion of extremely valuable smelters can't recommence immediately with plenty of time to finalise borrrowings... the corollary is its advisable that they don't want to emulate OMH by doing it all with debt.... Its prudent to expand from 2 highly profitable smelters based upon a mix of revenue and debt!
