I don't find they are withholding information at all, they seem to be very forthcoming. They dropped in price because they were in a CR for 6+ months and people wanted their money back.....that's part of it. They gave an update on how the capital raise went, that they have a very high quality manganese mine (which makes a huge difference), that they have already purchased and refitting the two smelters, how they plan to have 4 then 6 smelter operational by certain dates, etc. Certain things cannot be controlled and that is part of taking the risk to invest or not, everyone is free to do as they please.
