Any progress is dependent upon the will and position of the Indonesian government. They call the shots and determine the measure of company progress. Despite the best efforts of the board to achieve its objectives lengthy delays and disappointments are normal practice when conducting business in Indonesia . To avoid future disappointment always factor in an extra three months .
