Looks good enough for me!!! From what i understand have set up the 2 mil loan. Further, transferred 2 mil out of the agreed 6mil ahead of what was agreed (in what i see as good faith). This investor is serious this time, i have zero concerns about the rest of the money coming through now.
Just sit back and wait for the milestones.
Regards to the DSO, i don't see this happening in the next month. Once the local investor is officially in, my thoughts are that they would re-apply, as there is less stringent signoff required with having a local partner. (state sign off only & only from what i heard)
