Current spot price MC FeMn is US$1860/tonne, so the margins are minimal. Thats why I suggested EEM production.
Uneducated Labor maybe cheap in Indonesia but Western metallurgical engineers are not cheap.
If you use monkeys you'll blow up the plant. It will take a lot of training to get the local rice and chicken farmers to be able to operate a smelter complex.
