Initially the risk was they would not get approval. Now they have permit approval and now the risk is pakman will pull the plug.
Even if he does it would not stop the operation moving forward as planned.
The company with this approval has now derisked the investment by holders.
The MINOR adjustments to the term sheet is just that minor.
From my understanding pakman was a key player in getting the approvals and so to say he will pull out is a long shot.
However if he does pull out will it stop the company reaching its target for profitability in the near term??
I doubt it.
