PAK is all over this deal, Hamish is a smart cookie smart enough to cover all the bases from the beginning. Surely all options were discussed thoroughly before any money exchanged hands. That is what makes the elite rich like Pak different from the not so elite.

@chambo asking about 30% equity, it was discussed with the staff during Ed88's phone call so yet tba officially. It will happen. PAK also wanted to start with 4 smelters but hamish only wanted 2 to keep things safe without spending too much too soon. We may be expecting 4 smelters for the next buy up instead of 2 (not confirmed but my mate Ed) assumes this.

The 200K deposit was non refundable as written in the ANN.!
