I am awaiting more news on ADReceipts and just have become aware that Deutsche Bank has been apponinted as depository bank. Link below:

Also interestingly enough I looked up the definition of ADR in wikipedia and I liked this part:
"Each ADR is issued by a domestic custodian bank when the underlying shares are deposited in a foreign depositary bank, usually by a broker who has purchased the shares in the OPEN MARKET LOCAL to the foreign company".
If Deutsche Bank does a good marketing job than get ready for fair jump up in sp.
