OK, Ignoring the spelling and assuming you mean "nothing to lose", how about $500K for a duster??.
GS have a lot to lose if MAD don't drill good wells on average for the deal.
As a MAD holder, I'm delighted with the deal. Not many oil companies can make money by drilling wells and keep 50% of the production.
2014 is starting off on a nice note.
