A little more info on the financing would have been nice. e.g. what impact is any chinese financing going to have on the $5.7M sale price?
Will the purchase be able to proceed without 3rd party support? If so, will it be via a cap raising or a new loan book?
A call will have to be made methinks. Too uncertain for my liking.
