Jens Energie LLC is the company that signed up for the MOU. Nothing I can see online with that either. The announcement says it is a new company. We have yet to see anything regarding this company, profile or otherwise. Also Jens Shulte he looks to be more the financier part of things and he claims that they have an annual turnover of 10 Million Euros and GCT's main business is contracting (financing and operating) bla bla bla.........
Are you suggesting there is complete information transparency here? I'm not suggesting there is anything nefarious only a lack of information at this time. I'm simply looking a bit deeper into who this company is and what is their background. What have they done to date. Plenty of fluff and not a lot of substance to date.
In the end it does not matter it TMK flares the gas as long as they do NOT get engrossed in the power generation aspect or any other side issues.
TMK IMO is best to simply stick to being an explorer with an eye to proving up and selling the resource. The resource 2P is the bankable value.
