I am in both. To say TPD is better than EXR as EXR has only one asset is a bit strange (let alone 'way better'). EXR have a much larger acreage, Own 100% and have proven drill results. Plus much larger prospective resources and Also have much more cash and 20% of the shares outstanding. All reflected in the share price and MC.
