It appears a small a buy at .011 was dropped into the cxa platform @ .0105 so it didn't put pressure onto the .011 line. Interesting development. I've noticed this behaviour before when I'm trading especially placing a buy "at market". I come in with an unexpected lower purchase and it was dropped into the CXA platform. At times it seems the CXA is like a behind the scenes manipulative market for the whoevers.
