To me if there is a project that could bring in a Disallowed from current price , then you would think some speculation would be around prior to bolster the share price .. two companies i witnessed this scenario is PCL from .001 to ,004 and 88E -1c to8c .. even a climb to 1.5c would be great and only a few pips from its previous trading range last yr of .010 to .012 ..
