I suggest you have another look at the Registration Statement lodged with Nasdaq supporting their US listing. It clearly states that over and above the milestone payments on product approvals, MSB is entitled to escalating double digit royalties in the 20's, AND, other payments at pre-defined thresholds of cumulative net sales. The mystery is not the royalty level, rather the additional thresholds of net sales due no doubt to commercial considerations.
I suggest you have another look at the Registration Statement...
