Unfortunately, I don't have a decade - we're all in different situations, but yes, one could buy now, fairly cheap, and just wait (even if it falls to 3.00, which is a reasonable proposition). We really don't want to see it fall below today's low (3.15). If it does 3.00 is imminent, also the proverbial round number.
OTOH, the majors (all of which I have held, and also hold SAR now) all have elevated P/E's, that's why we see money going into stocks like GOR, AMI and RMS (these are NOT buy recommendations).
FWIW, SBM Volume today 36M (which I generally don't follow), is about $100M.
This would appear to indicate big money selling, not little guys.
