BLK's CEO Bryan Dixon at least once before mentioned that they would be looking at nearby acquisitions. Everyone thought at the time that this was strange when the priority was getting into production. But Dixon and the BLK team clearly have a vision for extra profit-making from BLK being a processor of synergistic adjacent resources. It'll add to the BLK bottom line with little or no real outlay by BLK. I agree that the timing augurs well for a quicker payback on BLK's proposed expansion of its processing capability.
