Yes but it seems unfahtomable fo rthat to be the case if there is a profit share agreement. OFC could depend on what the profit share agreement is. For example, GWR might be so hard up by the time it comes around BLK could basically say "Right we'll pay the capex to add plant capacity, but we want 95% of the profit from WW ore."
