    What is a "vend consideration"?

    Oddly muted response to the announcement. But then again the spinoff is worth (very roughly) $0.02 for each GWR share at the 0.20 IPO price, and GWR moved 0.015 yesterday. Maybe that implies the market was ascribing 0.005 to GWR gold assets, and that value just tripled.
