It almost seems like BOD played right into CHE's hands. Now why would they do that ? when A40 could have got a scrip offer at that point before VA ?
So rejoice, VA move gave A40 to CHE (who is probably Jiangte) for a song and as a results share holders including GXY (yes, clap clap), big fat ZERO.
