If there are 1.26 billion GXY shares and there becomes a further 513 million by way of GMM holders accepting 1.65 GXY per GMM share then the buy in for SDV equates to around 29% which is what Anthony Tse was representing in his SMI video presentation.
I think the only thing that irks me is the number of shares post.
