Agreed @Marketwatch123.The CEO was buying at 20.5c.23c might be hit today, which is the 200 day moving average and the next milestone for the share price.XRef is now in the early stages of a long term bullish uptrend and re-rate back to historical levels (50c+).This is without doubt my highest conviction small cap pick right now.
